The role of Navarasas within Us-especially for women

Irrespective of Gender, love your emotions it's your strength to connect with the world around, it's a glue that binds us. Lack of emotion makes you isolated and lifeless. You can't go on and on with non emotional self. You are gifted with senses and feelings that are part of your make, if you are not going to use it, then it's incomplete job within and reflecting outside. There are Navarasas within us and We are made of them. There can't be a situation where only few Rasas are working and few are not working. Those Rasas are not used become acidic and those that are overused become useless. We have to balance all of them, embrace them and use them.
